Does the Light Bulb camera come with a 2 pin bayonet fitting setup?
Yes it's available in Bayonet B22, be sure to select this when adding to cart.
Are there any post-purchase ongoing subscriptions?
If you decide you want to store your pictures and videos online, you have the option of subscribing to cloud storage. Your first month is free, and then it's $5/month after that.
For absolutely zero ongoing costs, you can opt to purchase an micro TF storage card from our store rather than subscribing to a cloud storage service. Please note: you will need 1 micro TF Card per camera.
What voltage do the cameras operate on?
Our cameras are designed for the Australian standard of 220 - 240v. Other knock off products are designed for the United States which is 110v, which can cause problems when using these products.
For example, if a product that is designed for 110v were to be used in Australia, it would likely cause the product to overheat and potentially break or cause a fire.
Which app does the camera use?
We are an official partner with the Tuya Smart App. It's a free app that can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play. The Tuya Smart App allows you to view your live video feed from your light bulb camera, and it also includes features such as two-way audio, motion detection, and night vision.
How many cameras can you connect to the app?
You can connect up to 8 cameras to the app at once, and up to 4 phones can connect to the app at once, so that everyone in your group can see the live feed from the camera(s).
Will the camera work if the light switch is off?
No, the light bulb camera requires power from the light socket to work
Will the camera work if there is no wifi connection?
Yes! The light bulb camera will work even without a wifi connection if you have an micro TF Card installed. It stores all of the images it captures on the micro TF Card, so you can access them later even if there's no internet connection. Connect with either 2.4g or 5g wifi network!
Will the camera follow movement and record it?
Yes, the light bulb camera will follow movement and record it. The camera is motion activated, so as soon as it detects movement, it will start recording. It has a wide motion, so it should be able to capture a lot of footage

If someone comes to the front door will the camera send me a notification on my phone?
Yes, there is an option in the camera settings to notify you when it senses any activity. You’ll be notified through a push notification from the app on your phone that motion has been detected. You can then talk to the person through the camera and can hear them back when they speak.
How do I download the app?
In the instruction manual included in your package, you'll receive a QR code to scan which will take you directly to the app to download. Otherwise, click this link to download the app!
